Thanks for taking the time to visit The Big Rethink & Mindset Innovation. I am confident that my services will be of interest and value to you.​

Keith is a Solution-focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, with additional influences from the areas of Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness.


Utilising my training as a Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and passionate mental health advocate,  I specialise in matters of mindset.  Be it anxiety, low mood, low motivation or, putting it another way, the habitual negative mental thoughts and attitudes that prevent (singular)  us from maximising our enjoyment of life or, indeed, our potential and performances (singular) in the workplace, sports area or learning setting. 


But perhaps most importantly I have been where you are and have had to work on, and indeed continue to work on,  my own mental health using the techniques and processes  I will share with you as a client.

Along with my past professional experience in social care and social work, I feel that these experiences allow me to support others in their own Big Rethink and in meeting their full potential and enjoying life to the full.​

The First Step

Taking the First Step

My approach is effective without being intrusive and empowers the individual to find their own strengths, capacities and capabilities and, in turn, a new way of being without dwelling too much on the past (as there is nothing we can do to change that).  At the Initial Consultation the client will have the opportunity to discuss their past and anything they feel they would like to move on from.  From there we will move forward and focus on how we might reduce its influence on the present and, maybe, more importantly, the future.​

​The initial consultation is a time when you will be supported to begin a process of understanding how your mind functions, while also facilitating you in rediscovering the level of control you have over it. This bespoke session is tailored to your individual needs and I will take time to explain the influence you can have over your particular issue. During this get-to-know, (remove comma) each other session,  all discussions will be easy to understand, as are the tasks which will be proposed to the client for consideration in the weeks ahead.​ ​

The objective of these sessions is to help you relax, de-stress and increase your confidence in taking on the challenges you are facing.
